Sheffield - City of Culture?
When I got the council magazine through the door the other day I thought that Sheffield was going to be European CIty of Culture, until I read the article properly and realised it was only the UK…and they hadn’t even won the bid for that. Bike Week 2010 - Sheffield
Events tomorrow (Tuesday 22nd June): There is a Cyclists’ Breakfast in front of the Town Hall (7.30am - 9.30am) Free bacon butties, veggie options and more for cyclists and free Pedal Ready cycle check / minor repairs (8am – 2pm). It's summer!
The flip-flops are out so it’s official. Of course due to our lovely consistent Sheffield climate it is quite likely we will be in our winter clothes again by next week (which is lucky for me, as I’m so behind in my posting, that half the time you are getting photos I took back in April - but can you tell?).
